Andar Bahar is an Indian card game of pure chance and remarkable simplicity. One card is turned face up — the joker — and then cards are dealt alternately to two piles, Andar and Bahar, until one of them matches the joker's rank. You bet on which pile that will be. There is nothing else to it.

This is the part worth knowing. Depending on the version, the first card is dealt to one specific side, which gives that side a very slightly better chance of matching first.
