An OTT Voucher is a prepaid cash voucher you buy at a retailer and redeem by PIN. No bank account, no card, no online banking — you hand over cash, you get a number, and that number becomes balance. How to use one
- Buy an OTT Voucher for cash at a participating retailer.
- Keep the slip — the PIN is printed on it.
- In the cashier choose Deposit, then OTT Voucher.
- Enter the PIN exactly as printed.
- The value credits immediately.
Hold on to the slip until you have actually watched the balance change. A PIN that has not credited and a slip you have thrown away is a bad combination, and the retailer cannot reprint it.
Availability and denominations
OTT Vouchers are sold across a wide retail footprint — supermarkets, forecourts, informal retail and similar outlets — which is what makes them useful outside the big centres where banking options are thinner.
They are typically available in a range of values, so you can buy close to the amount you intend to deposit rather than loading more than you planned. That is a genuinely useful budgeting feature: buying a voucher for a fixed amount caps the session before it starts, in a way a bank card does not.
When it will not redeem
- Already redeemed — the PIN has been used. Contact the voucher issuer with your slip; a voucher spent elsewhere is not something the casino can recover.
- Misread characters. Retype carefully before concluding the voucher is faulty.
- Wrong field. Voucher types are not interchangeable — an OTT PIN will not work in the 1Voucher, Blu or EasyLoad field.
- Airtime by mistake. Ask for an OTT Voucher specifically at the till.
Withdrawals do not come back this way
You cannot withdraw to a voucher. Money moves in through the voucher and out through a verified bank account in your own name. That is a regulatory requirement and there is no way around it.
