Lightning Dice
Lightning Dice is three dice dropped down a tower, and you bet on the total they add up to. Before each drop, a few totals are struck by lightning and given multipliers. It is one of the easiest live games to understand — the only thing worth learning is which totals are actually likely, because the paytable is built entirely on that.
How a round works
Three dice are released into a transparent tower and tumble to the bottom in full view. Their combined total, from 3 to 18, is the result. You bet on one or more totals before the drop.
After bets close, lightning strikes a handful of totals and assigns each a multiplier for that round. If your total is struck and then rolls, your win is multiplied instead of paying the standard rate.
Which totals are likely
This is the whole game, and the maths is not hidden. There is exactly one combination that makes 3 and one that makes 18 — all three dice showing the same face. There are many more combinations that make 10 or 11, which is why those sit in the middle of the paytable.
Totals near the edges pay far more because they are far rarer, not because they are better value. A bet on 3 is a long shot priced as one. The paytable rewards rarity proportionally, so no single total is a bargain relative to the others.
What the multipliers cost
As with the rest of the Lightning family, the multipliers are funded rather than free — the base payouts are trimmed to pay for the occasional struck win. That is the trade being offered, and it changes the shape of results toward rarer, larger hits without changing the dice.
The strikes are random every round and never carry over, so the history panel tells you nothing about the next drop. Three dice have no memory.
